Sarah Anne Tupchong, MD

Dr. Sarah Anne Tupchong is an Internal Medicine physician practicing at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and completed her Internal Medicine residency in the Primary Care Social Internal Medicine Program at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Tupchong specializes in primary care and has clinical interests in preventive medicine, health equity, immigrant and refugee health, sexual health, and the care of medically and socially complex patients. She is an active member of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine, and Society of General Internal Medicine, and has been recognized for her research and quality improvement work focused on expanding access to care for underserved populations.
